Before shipping a return back to us, please contact us to get a pre-paid return label for your shipment using one of the methods listed on our contact page.


Our return and exchange policy is 30 days.  If your purchase date is more than 30 days old, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition.  It must also be in the original packaging.   If any item is sent back to us as a return and does not meet the requirements set forth in this policy, we reserve the right to keep the item and not issue a refund.  Please make sure the item is new and in the original packaging before returning.

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

If you are returning your item for any reason other than it being damaged or defective upon arrival to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to us, which will be deducted from your refund.  

Freight Items

Items shipped via freight or LTL are not returnable once the item has been delivered to the final shipping destination address. 

Order Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled once it has been picked up by the carrier for shipping.  It can only be returned or exchanged at that point, if it qualifies for a return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.  Refunds to your original payment method are controlled by our payment processor and the banks.  We have no control over the timeline in which you receive your refund once it is initiated in our system.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

All sale items are eligible for a return, exchange or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are exchanging an item that is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return item and the new item.  You can either purchase the shipping label for the return shipment yourself, or we can email you a return label.

Before the new item will be shipped to you, we will emailed an invoice to you for the return shipping costs (if any we provided the return label) and the shipping costs for the new item.  This invoice must be paid before the new item will be shipped to you.
